Neha and Jaspal are an amazing and super fun couple from UK, who planned an incredible destination wedding in the sunny Marbella. To be honest there wasn’t their Big Day, it was their Three Big days of an awesome Sikh Wedding.
Sikh weddings are elegants and simple, known as Anand Karaj, which literally means “blissful union”, but are also colorful and bright. I need to confess my devotion for all the Asian weddings, but specially all about Indian culture. Traditions, colours and mysticism are some of the reasons but the most important is the people. Neha, jaspal and their incredibles families opened their doors and shared many incredible moments with us.
As I learned about the Sikh marriage, it isn’t merely a physical and legal relationship but is a holy union between two souls where physically they appear as two individual bodies but in fact are united as one. Beautiful, isn’t it?
Once again we had the opportunity to work with Fiesta Sol Weddings Planners, an amazing team leadership by Tara and Heather who bring India to us for these beautiful Days. They transformed the family Villas and Finca de La Concepción in an incredible indian background to host that beautiful event.
Neha y jaspal son una pareja espectacular y divertida del Reino Unido, que encontró en Marbella el lugar perfecto para su boda destino. Bueno para ser honesta no fué sólo su gran día, sino tres días maravillosos de boda Sikh.
Las bodas Sikh son unas de las más elegantes y sencillas de las ceremonias Indias, se conoce como Arnand Karaj, cuya traducción literal es “unión felíz”. Aún así son igual de espectaculares y coloridas que las bodas hindus. Os debo confesar mi total devoción por las bodas asiaticas, pero en especial por las de tradiciones Indias. Sus tradiciones, colorido y misticismo son alguna de las razones pero especialmente por su gente a la que adoro. Neha, jaspal y sus familias nos abrieron sus puertas y compartieron con nosotros grandes momentos de sus vidas haciéndonos sentir uno más.
por lo que he podido aprender de las bodas sikh, no son simplemente una unión entre dos personas, sino una unión sagrada en la que las dos almas independientes se convierten en una sola. ¿No os parece bonito?
